I Don't Really Know What To Say

This is absolutely shocking. I guess in some backwards way this might be a sign of hope. I can't imagine any court holding that the child in this case is anything other than a person. Perhaps this defense will not only backfire, but will create a shockwave unhinging the weak foundation of Roe.

I don't really see this getting anywhere with Roe. I think some states have laws protecting feti and they haven't had much to do with that case. (BTW, I will not bow to shitty Americanized Latin). Anyway, what a weird story, props to the prosecutor.

So Qahal,
Are you still reading newspaper articles? I got over that years ago. Now I pick my own news.... Whats that?? Oh, I'm glad you asked that question:

KATH.NET - Katholischer Nachrichtendienst

Rednet.org

Judicial-inc.biz

These are my windows to the world.

The problem here is that the baby's mother is dead. In America, it is a baby if the mother wants to keep it and a fetus if she wants to kill it. What do you do when she isn't around to define it? They should probably stay the trial until the little baby is old enough to define her own existence and declare if she was a fetus or baby at the time of extraction.

And mormon coffee? Sounds delicious.
